Customize – to modify something to suit a particular individual or task.
Here at Cupcake Headquarters, customizing is what we do best. Whether you’re looking for cupcakes, donuts, or s’mores – we believe YOUR event is one of a kind and want to help celebrate that!
Take Leigh and Brandon for an example:
When these lovebirds came to us and said they want their guests to receive cookies and milk as a fun (and tasty) surprise towards the end of their wedding, we CRUMBLED at the thought of this duo. Held at the iconic Brazos Hall, guests had a blast enjoying this traditional dessert at the least expected place – a wedding, of all events! But what better way to end the night and give you just the sugar rush you need to keep you dancing through the night.
We created a custom roaming box incorporating their color palate, theme, and event design just for their special evening. Our cupcake bartender then roamed around the venue and dance floor serving each guest this tasty treat. As described from Leigh herself, “It was PERFECT & delectable!” Much as her guests agreed!
But we don’t just stop at cookies and milk. We have roaming candy bars, flash tattoos, and of course – cupcakes! All with one common goal in mind: to interact and serve each guest a personable service and treat.
Step One: It all starts with an idea – what is the occasion of your event?
Step Two: How can The Cupcake Bar help you? – Every service we offer is interactive, but what would best fit your needs?
Step Three: Make it personal – allow us to customize your design, toppings / candies, and overall color scheme. We want to enhance the guest’s experience.
Step Four: Interactive – serving every guest their custom sweet treat is what we do best!
If you’re needing some branding, personalization or just looking for something unique for your next event, The Cupcake Bar wants nothing more than to help set your event apart and make it as sweet as possible. Contact us today to receive a customized quote fitting your needs and leave the rest to us!
Pam and Ryan’s wedding might well have been plucked right from a story book! It was such a beautiful day and happy celebration.
The bride’s form fitting lacy dress was just incredible (let’s be real, she and her new hubs are avid runners, the girl would look stunning in a paper bag). Her bridesmaids all wore dresses in a champagne hue, but they were all very different, flattering and fun. Seriously, who is this awesome woman that lets her bridesmaids select dresses that they might actually wear again?!
The ceremony took place at Hyde Park Baptist Church, and the reception was bumping at Brazos Hall. Couture Details planned the big day and everything went off without a hitch! The insanely talented Andy Sams took all the photos for the ceremony and reception, and captured all the wonderful details of the special day. Word of Mouth brought the food and Disch Events provided the gorgeous flowers.
Our favorite part of the big day, of course, was the roaming cupcake trays we designed just for the couple. They requested His and Hers cupcakes be passed out to their guests during the reception, and The Cupcake Bar was beyond excited to oblige! “Her” cupcake was Funfetti with vanilla buttercream, and of course, disco dust (obviously, a cupcake without sparkle is no cupcake of ours). “His” was chocolate cupcake with chocolate peanut butter icing, topped off with a Reeses Piece.
This was such a wonderfully happy occasion and we’re honored to have been a party of the big day!
