Roaming Treats: Gary Clark Jr. + Fareground

Roaming Treats: Gary Clark Jr. + Fareground

When our corporate clients wanted to throw an event to show folks the Austin vibe we locals know and love, they sure know who to call! Pairing up with the fabulous Red Velvet Events, we shared a night at the new downtown Austin hub for food and fun, Fareground. Guests enjoyed the modern food hall and outdoor picnic area as it was transformed into a stage for a very special local musician, Gary Clark, Jr.

There were screen printing tshirt stations, a ball pit photo booth (yes, that exists!!) and lots of amazing food from the Fareground restaurants. We brought the fun sugar rush later that night!

Our goal was to bring in the sweet, Austin vibe and a completely custom experience for the guests. We started by taking a few of our adorable bartenders and dressed them in company custom branded t-shirts with hip Austin attire. We brought out our custom made guitar-strap roaming trays and filled them with all kinds of sugar fun!

As Gary Clark Jr kicked off his set, we joined the crowd by roaming and providing all kinds of goodies like pop rocks, ring pops, candy necklaces and tie dye cupcakes. I mean, you need some extra sugar energy to make get through the night, right? And, as if that wasn't enough, we kicked it up another notch by serving up our crowd-pleasing nitro popcorn in both kettle corn + habanero flavors.  It was a cool way to enjoy some delicious treats.  And, because we went into the crowd, the guests didn't have to miss a single beat of some amazing music!
