Jessica Honegger is a mom, entrepreneur, and author (just to name a few). When she invited us to help her host her book launch, we jumped at the opportunity. We brought our doughnut wall with fully customized colors to match her book and our interactive doughnut bar to treat her book launch attendees to a custom treat!

The Cupcake Bar was honored to join fellow community, business leaders and NFL players, in the fight to cure Duchenne through a memorable evening of great food and drinks.

The Cupcake Bar served up D'mores our friends at the Associated Wedding Planners of Austin (AWPA) spring mixer. Guests were able to make their own "s'more with a twist" by replacing the graham with a doughnut...hence, the d'more. Yes, it is as every bit as decadent and fun as it sounds!

What's more South by Southwest than music, conversation, and unique treats? Univision Creators Network's SXSW event at the Austin music-inspired Gibson Showroom rocked! Our custom-themed dessert bar included Mexican hot chocolate popcorn, Dulce de Leche cake balls and our new D'more station.

When this sweet couple came to us with a specific look and design in mind for their special day in Austin, we were thrilled! We worked together to ensure their guests would truly feel like they had stepped into a storybook, complete with an enchanting dessert experience that complemented their dark and moody aesthetic.

Filled with family, love, cupcakes, and doughnuts, it was the sweetest of evenings for Sarabeth and Lilli. These ladies came to us looking for an interactive dessert, and we knew a Doughnut Wall would be a perfect fit. What better way than to experience sweet fun than by adding our Doughnut and Cupcake Bars?!

A night filled with circus peanuts, cracker jacks and illusionists, The Cupcake Bar was excited to play a part in the ILEA Austin ASE Awards Gala. Featuring our fabulous favor wall, we provided a real treat for every guest allowing them to create and customize their own take home sweets bag.

Unicorns, candy, sparkles, and doughnuts! Guests at Travisso's Ladies Home Tour enjoyed completely customized doughnuts served to order with our interactive doughnut bar and custom branded doughnut wall. We also served up candy to hungry visitors off of our roaming treats tray.

We adored the custom roaming treats at Vanessa and Skeeter’s wedding! It was so much fun when the happy couple picked up the trays themselves to serve their guests all of their favorite candies! Congratulations to such a sweet couple!

We LOVED celebrating with Stephanie and Cody as they tied the knot in Austin, Texas! We brought our classic Cupcake Bar with a variety of cupcakes, fillings, frostings, and toppings guests could choose from. Keeping with the color scheme, we gave our dessert station our station a swoon-worthy elegant and classic look.

Colors, themes, company logo – it’s all the small details that can make a BIG impact on your event, and each one has their own personality and branding they want their guests to experience. Roaming with our “Loyalty = Sweet” cupcake trays, our cupcake bartenders wandered through the crowd making sure every guest tasted the sweet side of branding once – maybe even two or three times!

We loved celebrating with Brett and Whitney at their dreamy country wedding in Wimberley, Texas! We brought both caramel apple bars and roaming treats for their Halloween wedding at the legendary Kevin Fowler’s Rustic Ranch!
