When we think of a classy, elegant wedding, Vanessa and Skeeter’s are definitely one for the books! Planned by the talented Pearl Events and held as the gorgeous Hotel Granduca, vintage and elegance painted the room with pieces of décor from Premiere down to Vanessa’s stunning cream colored wedding gown from Serendipity Bridal.

It was a joyous and tearful wedding as guests gazed over these two lovebirds finally tieing the knot with much love and sincerity. With delicious tastes catered from Hotel Granduca and awesome tunes from the band London Calling, guests were in for a treat as they mingled and celebrated all night.

Speaking about TREATS – perhaps the sweetest treat of them all were the "his & her" roaming candy trays The Cupcake Bar created and personalized just for Vanessa and Skeeter on their special day. Yummy options on Skeeter’s tray were candy cigarettes (a crowd fav!), sugar babies and hot tamales. While on Vanessa’s tray, guests indulged in rock candy swizzle sticks, gummy worms, and skittles – there was surely something for everyone! People enjoyed creating their own candy bag as a late night take away mixing and matching candy from both trays, helping themselves to refills as they snacked all night.

However, the event that REALLY stole the show, was when Vanessa and Skeeter asked to each take a turn passing out the goodies! The crowd’s reaction was priceless and we have never seen bigger smiles on this happy couple’s faces. The Cupcake Bar was ecstatic to play a part in Vanessa and Skeeter’s special day and loved finding creative ways to show off both their fun personality and taste buds in an interactive edible way.
