Where are you located?
We love our hometown of Austin, TX, and we're proud to be a part of so many local events and nationwide celebrations.
All of our sweet treats and gifting options are available for local delivery and curbside pickup. We don’t have a storefront, but we encourage ordering ahead so we can make sure your sweets are ready when you are.
Our delivery radius includes the Greater Austin area, and once your pickup order is placed, our North Austin address is shared with you. Order now!
Are your cupcakes & frostings made from scratch?
Yes, everything is made from scratch—no cans, no mixes—and freshly prepared right before each event!
Do you offer delivery?
Yes! We offer local delivery, local pickup in North Austin, and nationwide shipping for many of our items. Some items do require overnight shipping (especially in Texas heat), and our shipping department specializes in providing the best and most efficient shipping solutions for your needs.
We deliver M-F between the hours of 11-4. While we can't guarantee a specific delivery time, we offer complimentary scheduled pickup. Shop our gifts now!
Do you offer custom design packages?
Absolutely! We specialize in designing the perfect package to suit each individual event, and we work closely with our clients to embody and amplify the spirit of the celebration. From logo toppers to signage and more, many elements of our services can be customized for corporate and social events. How can we help you celebrate?
Do you travel?
Location is no limitation. We can set up indoors, outdoors, at your home, office, or almost any venue. We have catered events in Austin, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, and College Station. Travel fees apply for events outside the Austin area. Request a quote now!
Where can I find a menu?
We offer an extensive array of flavors, fillings, icings, and every kind of candy, sprinkle, and sparkle you can imagine. Our menu also changes seasonally and can be customized to suit your event. We provide menu options during each complimentary consultation. Let's get started!
Do you offer tastings?
Yes! We would love for you to try our cupcakes. Tastings run 30-45 minutes and include a variety of our most popular flavors. Should you decide to book our services, your tasting fee of $30 will be applied to your final balance. Book your tasting now!
How many people can you cater to?
No matter the size of your celebration, we’d love to be a part of it! Our events start at 30 people and go all the way up to 6000+. If you’re hosting a smaller gathering, check out our options for pickup and delivery in Austin and nationwide shipping.
How far in advance should I book?
We request as much notice as possible so that we can properly staff your event and give your celebration the attention it deserves. We require at least 1 week advance notice to book an event. To reserve your date and time, a 50% deposit is due upon booking. Inquire now!
How much do your classes cost?
We’d love for your class to be an extra special experience for you and your participants. We offer lots of customization options, and we handle the entire process from start to finish.
Classes start at $50 per person and vary based on headcount, participant location, class type, and time of year. We’re happy to provide you with a personalized quote!
Do you offer vegan and gluten-free options?
We do offer vegan and gluten-sensitive options for some of our classes; however, our products are baked in a commercial kitchen where they may have come into contact with peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, egg, milk, soy, or other allergens.
We want everyone in your group to be able to join in the fun, so we have non-food options for those with allergies or intolerances. Let us know how we can help!
Can we invite participants who live outside the USA?
Absolutely! We want everyone in your group to be able to join in the fun. We currently do not ship our class kits outside the US, but our team has solutions for your international participants. Let us know how we can help!
What is your turnaround time?
Many times we can create a custom gift within weeks, but different variables that can affect lead time include quantity, branding, custom items, shipping, and product availability due to shortages. Always reach out—we keep a stock of items in house for quick needs so we can accommodate last minute orders!
Does my gift need to include sweets and treats?
Although our original service was The Cupcake Bar, we have evolved into so much more!
While we can definitely incorporate sweets and treats into our gift boxes, that is not required. In fact, most of our corporate gifting doesn’t even include sweets. Let us know what you have in mind, and we'll be happy to help!
What can be customized? Do you offer branding?
We take pride in being able to make your gift feel personal and unique. We are able to customize/brand items, as well as create custom cards, handwritten cards, etc. We want your recipient to know you took the extra step to make their gift truly special. Let's chat!
What is your minimum order?
We have gifting options for one recipient or thousands! Custom projects generally have a minimum headcount of about 30, but if you are celebrating with a smaller group, please reach out!
