Now we know love is sweet but we have a little something to add to that sentiment. Warning: It may or may not come in the form of sugar. If you're looking for a unique and interactive way to add to ‘the best day ever’, we're here to show you how to take the party to the next level.
There are two directions we can take this thing.
One: Desserts.
Some are looking for a different approach to the traditional wedding cake, some are just looking for more sweet options. Either way, we have a variety of services that are sure to impress. Cupcakes, donuts, caramel apples, candy, treat walls, you name it. Best of all, in true Cupcake Bar fashion, your display will be totally customized to your wedding style, colors, and/or perfectly clever hashtag.
We offer consultations, tastings, deliveries, of course the actual day of set up and service. We are here to help and communicate the process along the way. Less stress and more sweetness for you and your partner!
Two: Roaming Party.
Stay with us here. Maybe you want to get the dance floor going with props, maybe you want to be sure people get their (totally cute) favor, or perhaps you need to be sure everyone gets that late night snack you meticulously planned. We have just the thing! Our cupcake bartenders suit up with a customized tray full of your choice of party and work their way through the crowd. Some of our favorites include: glow in dark accessories, flash tattoos, and wait for it…Whataburger!

“We got married in September and The Caramel Apple Bar, instead of a cake, was the first thing we decided on without even tasting them because I'm from MI and wanted a little piece of fall on our special day. They were an absolute hit! Everyone loved them but sadly Simon & I never got one at our wedding however Lori made sure to have a few specially packed for us to enjoy and they were in our hotel room when we got back... Let me tell you, I've grown up on caramel apples from the cider mill as it's tradition up north to have them with cider every fall and these were by far THE BEST I've ever tried!!!
