Nothing but net! In February, we had the privilege of being a part of Harris's Bar Mitzvah in Austin, Texas. We loved celebrating the MVP on this important milestone in his life. Mazel Tov!
Planned by Dani Curiel of DC Design Consultant, this Austin, TX basketball themed Bar Mitzvah was a slam dunk - completely transforming Springdale Station into a basketball lovers paradise. Check out these buzzer beater photos captured by Lindsey Thorne Photography.
Everything was on point - floral and decorative basketball centerpieces, custom branded Koozies and napkins, balloons cascading through a basketball hoop, complete with a custom basketball court dance floor provided by 2Bot Creation. The concessions really stepped up their game with a custom ice sculpture tower by Full Spectrum Ice Sculptures filled with delicious bites from Contigo Catering.
As for dessert, you won't want to pass on our interactive Candy Bar service! We achieved a double-double, as in double the sweets with double bars! Both bars included custom made signage for Harris's big day. Completely decked out on theme, one orange and one blue, each bar contained items of the corresponding color - from linens to menu labels, candy bags to custom popcorn boxes, and most importantly, the sweets filling the table.
Our Orange Candy Bar included butter and cheddar popcorn, cotton candy, orange glazed and cinnamon sugar donuts, and lots of orange candies - chocolate Sixlets, Gumballs, Starbursts, gummy rings, and rock candy.
Our Blue Candy Bar included blue kettle corn, blue raspberry cotton candy, blue glazed and cinnamon sugar donuts, and lots of blue candies - chocolate Sixlets, jelly beans, Gumballs, gummy rings, and unicorn pops.
The fans (also known as Harris's guests) got off the bench and into the game, shooting hoops and playing classic arcade games provided by Game Plan Entertainment. Fans even got to take home their own souvenir merch - custom graffiti airbrush hoodies created by Airbrush Brothers.
We loved being part of this winning team and adding some sweet treats to Harris's Bar Mitzvah!
