Ciao Bella! We had a wonderful time attending the 2024 ILEA Austin Gala. This year, the theme was Passport to Positano which had us living la dolce vita! Just check out these gorgeous photos!

We kept guests cool and refreshed all night long with our Roaming Bar service. To help guests stay cool and beat the Texas heat, we passed out custom hand fans with branded ribbon and eucalyptus-infused towels. That's right - we do more than just delicious desserts!

Don't worry, we didn't forget about dessert. After all, a midsummer evening in Italy is not complete without something sweet! In true Italian style, we were thrilled to launch our new Roaming Cannoli service! The perfect mixture of crunchy and creamy, these delicious treats were made to order and served directly to guests roaming the event.

This new roaming service is fun and the perfect activation activity for any event. How does it work? Like our other dessert services we build the sweet treat according to the guests' desire. For our Roaming Cannoli service, we take the cannoli shell, or scorza, and pipe in our sweet, creamy filling. Then guests choose which toppings, including classic nuts, chocolate or sprinkles, to dip each end of the cannoli in. Delizioso!
