They say everything is bigger in Texas, right? Here at the Cupcake Bar, that includes celebrating! Visa recently brought us on board to help celebrate their employees' birthdays. We were thrilled to serve up some sweet treats at their Austin office with our Cupcake Bar service.

This interactive dessert experience let employees choose the cake flavor, filling, and frosting, then load it up with their favorite toppings. Our Cupcake Bartenders do the building and served everyone their custom treat. 

Trust us when we say that this event was HUGE - can you guess how many cupcakes there were? Here's a hint: we had 10 bars! That's 10 Cupcake Bartenders to custom build these birthday desserts.

Go big or go home, and Visa went BIG! We served 1,500 cupcakes. Don't let the number intimidate you, we made things very easy for the folks at Visa! We handle it all once we're onsite, bringing everything from tables and linens to cupcakes and smiling faces - all that's left is to tell us where to set up! Employees were delighted by this mid-day birthday celebration and sugar pick-me-up.
