Whether we’re helping a couple celebrate their big day or sending thousands of corporate gifts around the country, it’s important to us at The Cupcake Bar that every product and service we offer helps our clients tell their stories. It’s always our goal to create a thoughtful and personalized experience that embodies and amplifies what’s most important to them.

So when NI brought us on board to provide gifts for employees who celebrated milestone service anniversaries in 2021, we were thrilled! We’ve always admired NI’s dedication to celebrating their employees and their successes, and we love that they are Austin-based and Austin-grown. 

As part of their end-of-year Service Awards gifting, we provided some sweets and treats to each of the 340+ honored employees. Everyone received a branded Cupcake Kit (complete with a custom sprinkle mix, of course)! Our design team collaborated with the client to make sure the branding and messaging was representative of NI, its company values, and the occasion. In addition, the employees who celebrated 20+ years of service received a custom-curated cocktail or mocktail box to accompany their cupcakes. Cheers to that!

When it came time to distribute the gifts, we offered pickup at our North Austin location over the course of two days. Recipients texted us upon arrival, and we brought their gift right to their car, making for an easy curbside pickup experience. Our team made sure that each recipient received the correct gift so they could head home and let the celebrations begin!
