When Saba and Elias came to The Cupcake Bar with a specific look and design in mind for their special day, we could not have been more excited! We worked together to make sure our service and presentation perfectly complemented their personalities and allowed their uniqueness to shine.

Planned by Eclipse Event Co and held at the Victorian-style Allan House, the wedding guests truly felt like they had stepped out of Austin and into a storybook. Guests were wowed with a blend of midnight circus and Tim Burton-inspired elements throughout the evening. Add in the mystical décor and floral by Gypsy Floral, and it was an Austin wedding to remember!

After the traditional cake cutting came the big unveiling of a special dessert wall we worked with the couple on for months! On cue, the black velvet drapes were pulled back as we surprised guests with a completely custom treat wall, perfectly representing the bride and groom! To top it off, our cupcake bartender was costumed and ready to help guests create their customized cupcake.

The wall included custom-dipped caramel apples and custom-colored doughnuts. Along with serving guests, our cupcake bartender also encouraged everyone to swing by at the end of the night to take home a caramel apple or doughnut (or both!) as a late-night treat. Guests were dazzled and felt as if they were a kid in a candy store!
