Caramel Apple Bar + Doughnut Wall: Race to Jacob's Bar Mitzvah

All gas, no brakes! The Cupcake Bar had an amazing opportunity to be part of Jacob’s Speedway Bar Mitzvah planned by the extraordinary Caplan Miller Events. The JW Marriott’s ballrooms were draped in red and checkerboard along with countless steel city props, so one would believe they stepped out of a hotel and onto an F1 racetrack!

There were tents with activities and different food stations, and guests were blown away by the imagination and creativity. The kids' ballroom was loaded with games from Game Plan Entertainment and incredible music from Texas Pro DJ! The adults' ballroom included beautiful floral from Botanical No. 9, bands and the most gorgeous lounge furniture from Townsley Designs! Jacob’s Bar Mitzvah was definitely a frontrunner for party of the year!

Monogrammed Doughnut Wall

Our fabulous Cupcake Bartenders dressed the part with race car jumpsuits and bright red hair to keep the guests fueled up in best way possible - with SUGAR! We created a custom Doughnut Wall with "J" and "N" (Jacob's initials) shaped doughnuts along with tire doughnuts. The fans (also known as Jacob’s guests), loved the themed pastries!

Custom Caramel Apple Bar

When guests were ready for a pit stop, they came right up to our custom Caramel Apple Bar. We made each treat to order, allowing the guests to pick their own apples, drizzles, and toppings.

This party was truly an event for all ages! Guests had a blast dancing all night and were entertained from beginning to end. Thanks, Jacob, for inviting us to this Grand Prix celebration, and Mazel Tov!
